Dry Clean Only. Handle the saree gently to preserve its delicate net fabric and embellishments. Avoid direct contact with perfume, deodorant and harsh chemicals. Do not machine wash, bleach or wring. Store neatly folded in a cool, dry place, preferably in a soft muslin or saree cover to protect the embroidery and shimmer work.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• The product was damaged during delivery, or
  
• You received the wrong product.
  

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  
• The product must be unused.
  
• The product must be in its original packaging.
  
• You must provide an unboxing video showing the issue.
  

Refund Policy:

If the return is approved due to damage during delivery or an incorrect product, a full refund will be issued.

If you request a return for any other reason not listed above (i.e., reasons for which we are not at fault), you will be eligible for a 70% refund of the purchase amount.
