• The product must be in its original packaging.
  
• You must provide an unboxing video showing the issue.
  

Refund Policy:

If the return is approved due to damage during delivery or an incorrect product, a full refund will be issued.

If you request a return for any other reason not listed above (i.e., reasons for which we are not at fault), you will be eligible for a 70% refund of the purchase amount.
